She was remarkably involved in every step and personally took on several tasks associated with the update and prep, including tasteful staging. She gave good advice with negotiations as well. Kathy went above and beyond showing us properties that could potentially be our new home. She understood how overwhelming it was for us to find our dream home, and she was patient and enthusiastic. When we actually did find "the one", she was always available to answer any questions for us, and she helped us negotiate deals before we signed any papers. She made sure we knew what to look for during the walk-throughs, and basically just guided us through the entire process. Working with her put us at ease because we knew we wouldn't be taken advantage of, and that she was always looking out for our best interest.
